The overactive brain is a blessing and a curse.
On one hand, the overactive brain can be a tremendous asset to those in pursuit of something, and can even aid in one’s ability to solve problems.
It has the ability to seek out what others will often overlook.
On the other hand however, the overactive brain can feel like a mental prison for those who tend to over analyze every situation.
Sometimes the over analytical mind will search for multiple ways out all at once, seeking for the best possible option.
This can cause a great deal of anxiety for those who fail to quiet their minds in times of turmoil.
As we know about anxiety - anxiety stems from having too many options in any given scenario and not knowing which one to pick.
The overthinker is susceptible to many feelings of anxiety if the overthinker is not clear on their path in life.
When we are clear in the direction we are going, the decisions we make will often align with those in which serve our purpose.
However, when things are unclear, the mind begins to wander and we begin to trap ourselves in our own feelings of anxiety.
The feelings of uncertainty outweigh our ability to make rational thought when our path in life is unclear.
The path we choose in life is always going to dictate our mental and emotional state.
When the path is clear, detours become a part of the process.
When the path is unclear, everything feels like a detour.
Finding one’s true purpose in life is the one thing most people struggle the most to find.
Some go their entire lives without ever truly discovering their purpose, living their entire lives in a state of uncertainty.
Once the path is clear, the mind begins to clear by extension.
Once your purpose is discovered, nothing will stand in the way of you pursuing it.
